This week it's Mrs S's turn to be responsible for opening and closing the Abbey at the beginning and end of each day. Often she will take the opportunity to take a turn round the lake with Mitzi and sometimes I will join her... so it was this evening. This was the Abbey pictured across the lake as we neared the end of our walk. I never tire of photographing this building - I just hope you never tire of looking at it!
@maggiemae Thanks Maggiemae. I actually like it best viewed from the other side of the lake but that involves a scramble through the woods and a longer lens plus a tripod for a 'blue hour' shot. You'll find several examples if you follow the tag 'paimpont-abbey' .
