Paimpont 2018: Day 29 - Mission accomplished...

...I'm outta here!

Not as sharp as I would have liked but they move rather quickly - just look at the particle storm his wings have thrown up... and this at 1/2500 sec - so I'm happy to have caught him at all!
Stunning shot, good timing

Nicely captured Richard, they are fast especially when compared to the long tailed tit which seams to float by.

Looks like dandruff!

I particularly like the view into what his feet are doing. Usually they move so fast, you can't see that detail.

I have clicked and just as it focuses - it's off. They require a lot of patience and time,

@joansmor You need to be on manual focus and prefocussed on the feeder... Then you've got a dog's chance!

Super capture

You've really capture the sense of flight. This has far more going for it than if it were super sharp and 'frozen' mid air. The scattered debris a real bonus.

I struggle to capture these when they on the feeder. they dart about so quickly. This is amazing. Great detail and unusual POV. usually they are captured when landing not taking off!
