These are the sails and masts on a replica three masted sailing ship - the hull is merely a skeleton as it is the masts and rigging which are important. In between training sessions, the public are invited to try their hand at climbing the masts and manoeuvring around aloft, as you can see here.
Am better looking at this from a distance. Heights and I are not bedfellows.
