At dusk this evening Mrs S went out to close the shutters and was amazed to see the whole sky rapidly turning pink - we both grabbed our cameras and went down to the end of the lane where there is a clear view to the west. Both versions are wonderful. I like how each accomplishes a different photographic goal. The striations of light really come through in the b&w, as well as the textures.
