This murmuration of starlings has taken up residence at Vignouse over the last week or so - probably because the farmer has sown his winter wheat! They have an interesting routine: half will sit on the HT distribution lines while the other half do formation flying... then they will change places. When the second group are on their way back all of the rest will join them in an elaborate aerial cabaret before all settling on the power lines and then beginning the sequence again. The lone crow exited rapidly right in the face of all this activity!
