Our local supermarket sells super-sized eggs in packs of 4 - I was charmed this lunchtime when I opened this box to find this perfect little feather atop one of the eggs.
A pack of four, that's a first for me. Nice touch with the free feather too.
I'm inclined to think that colour may have been my option for this shot, simply because I would have liked to show the egg shell colours.
@gamelee Well - as you will have guessed - I hummed and hawed mightily over this! Had they been different colours I would have posted in colour but three of the eggs were a uniform mid-brown and the fourth (at bottom left) was just a tadge lighter.
