There's only one thing Mrs S likes better than a game of solitaire, and that's two games of solitaire - or three, or four, or...
The iPad makes it easy for her to indulge whenever and wherever she finds herself with a spare five minutes - here she is enjoying a quick game after dinner tonight.
It's Free Cell for me and I am working my way in order of the over 20000 with only 1700 done (well skipped a few problems that I go back to conquer when I am in the mood). So I totally get this.
Blame my father! In my relative pre-television childhood, we played games every evening, cards or board. He got me hooked on variations of Patience when I was about 9 or 10 years old. I love card games and the memories of my father which they rekindle.
This Solitaire is Spider; I think Dad would have loved it too.
@s4sayer My mother played a lot of solitaire and played other games with me and my Aunt taught me Whist and my husband Cribbage. I like games that aren't totally luck driven but require thought. I haven't figured out multiply suits of spider only one suit. Maybe when I retire I can try the multiply decks. Love getting to know all of you through Richard's pictures. Feel like I have friends aboard. Like the penpal thing we did when I was a teenager.
