Over the last week I've tried and failed dozens of times to get anything resembling a sharp shot of a bee in flight. Today I caught this one just before he landed - not brilliant but it does encourage me to keep trying. As these things go, I wasn't using the macro lens when I saw this little chap... only the 35mm, but it worked out well enough - I particularly like the high speed blur of his wings.
