Tomorrow, Paimpont hosts - as it does every year - a Triathlon. Today was light practice and route orientation, so there were cyclists, swimmers and runners everywhere. I spotted this chap, no longer in the first flush of youth, flat out and panting by the side of the lake... it doesn't augur well for him for tomorrow I fear!
