A Year of Days Day 273: NF-SOOC-2015 ended today...
Many of this year's participants have posted pics of mushrooms/toadstools and I thought it might be nice to finish with one myself, so I went in search of Fly Agaric Toadstools - the red ones with white spots. I had an 8 kilometre trudge through the forest and found not one. In the end I liked this little pink toadstool that was only about 12mm across - and it's companion to the right was positively minuscule. As I started last year's nf-sooc challenge with a pic of pink toadstools, it seemed a fitting way to end this years, but I posted a chestnut so the pink toadstool ended up here on Year of Days!
I so like how the out of focus surrounds the focus point. I have never achieved that with any other lens but a nifty fifty 50mm. Thanks for the nifty fifty challenge it was fun, challenging and very enlighting how much I have been relying on post processing.
