A Year of Days Day 275: Jardin des Éveques

I went for one of my regular blood tests this morning (13 different tests!) and on the way home I stopped in the little village of St. Malo de Beignon where there is a large lake which is nice to walk round. There are also some sunken gardens, known (in English) as the The Bishops' Gardens, which are a particular favourite of Mrs S and where I photographed this fountain.

Delightful with so much verdure still in evidence. Great spot, both senses and a super unexpected find.

13 blood tests? Enough to make anyone feel ill, Richard! :-) (Hope the results are satisfactory) Contemplating this fountain would have restored some inner peace for me. Good exposure decisions.
