Treatment Plant

I'm not certain why I like this but I keep coming back to ponder over it. I first processed it as a gritty, contrasty B&W with an almost black sky and, then as a complete afterthought, I produced this stylised version... I've been humming and haahing between the two for the last hour! In the end I decided to go with this version, but, but....

I like it better this way. But then I've had it with dystopian reality and thus like the optimism of color.
