Just a snap as I was walking through the forest this afternoon but when I looked at the sooc jpegs I was struck by the impact this high contrast image makes so I'm posting it 'as is'.
Nice contrast of light and shadows. the textures and patterns are very visible. From a brief study of Ansel Adams, this is much in his intimate nature style.
