PLAY March - Fuji 60mm f/2.4: Pink Flowers by vignouse

PLAY March - Fuji 60mm f/2.4: Pink Flowers

What is says on the label: Mrs S brought a pot of pink flowers in - I took a snap of them... it's all I had time for today as my day was eaten up by some urgent administration.

This is for my PLAY project - you can read more about it in my profile - where I'll be using a different prime lens for each month of the year: for March it's the Fujinon 60mm f/2.4 Macro on an APS-C sensor camera (today the Fuji XT2) - the equivalent of a 90mm lens on a full-frame camera.

BoB... but put your sunglasses on!
Literally said "Oh,my!" when this popped into view, literally. This is not a slight in any way, but looks like a velvet canvas. Light and color, detail and shadows. Love it.

Distressingly pretty but I can't help liking it. I may be quite ill.

That's so funny that the label is 'pink flowers'! Your composition of them works well.

Nice POV.

Such pretty little blossoms that glow on black. So much color is rather shocking after a month of B&W.

I think it might be a primula or close relative. A simple plant, its finer beauty now records the service it has rendered you. Delightful!

Shabang - which is the sound in my brain when you suddenly throw in a colour capture like this.
