PLAY April - Fuji 27mm f/2.8: Château de la Hunaudaye

An exterior view of part of the Château de la Hunaudaye built in the middle ages and remarkably well preserved.

This is for my PLAY project - you can read more about it in my profile - where I'll be using a different prime lens for each month of the year: for April it's the Fujinon 27mm f/2.8 on an APS-C sensor camera (today the Fuji X-T10) - the equivalent of a 40mm lens on a full-frame camera.
So French Fabulous.

How they build such amazing buildings such as this in that day and age when they didn't have the modern tools they have now is unbelievable. But there are so may incredible examples ...... Fabulous structure, great photo of it.

That castle looks like it might crumble any minute! Hard to imagine living inside was very cosy.

Powerful building. I still remembers the Crac des chevaliers and the Saladdin castle in Syria... And they call them the Dark Ages!
