PLAY May - Sony 16mm f/2.8: T110 & CB500T

The Brittany branch of the French Vintage & Veteran Motorcycle Club had a club run today and stopped in Paimpont for lunch... took me back to my 'yoof'! This is a 1953 Triumph T110 650cc Thunderbird on the left and a 1975 Honda CB500T on the right. More in my 365 album posting for today.

This is for my PLAY project - you can read more about it in my profile - where I'll be using a different prime lens for each month of the year: for May it's the Sony 16mm f/2.8 on an APS-C sensor camera (today the Sony Nex-7) - the equivalent of a 24mm lens on a full-frame camera.
Love the PoV here!

Ditto D,s comment. Spick and span for their Big Day Out.

I guess you must have got up from taking this shot Richard ... a reassuring sign you are on the move again. Some labour and money must have gone into that Thunderbird over the years.

@yrhenwr It was the camera that got down rather than me! And yes, the T-bird was very pretty and sounded just as good.

@yrhenwr I have an acquaintance in the UK who bought a Speed Twin in 1958 when he was 16... and he still has it, in pretty much original condition!
