These are the pontoon moorings on the River Vilaine at La Roche Bernard; they are home to several hundred boats - yachts mainly - all year round. This is a 'blue-hour' shot that I liked best in B&W!
This is for my PLAY project - you can read more about it in my profile - where I'll be using a different prime lens for each month of the year: this is the final image for May using the Sony 16mm f/2.8 on an APS-C sensor camera (today the Sony Nex-7) - the equivalent of a 24mm lens on a full-frame camera.
