Project 52: Week 45 - Before the Storm

Looking north from the upstairs landing this afternoon. In fact, the forecast storm, which you see brewing here, eventually passed over but it was rather black for a while.

And on black is probably the best way to view this...
Now that's a proper sky - and excellent on black

It does look stormy. Wish we'd get some of that where we live.

Cool! Just for interest, did you do adjustments of the Fuji equivalent of "picture controls?" Or did you pick one of the many that Fuji does make available? Great sky! Fav.

@frankhymus Thanks Frank - this is the usual Jpeg as delivered by the X100T but as it's for my Project 52 it's had a little tweak in LR CC ;-))

Latent power...gone elsewhere.

You have a vast view from that upstairs landing. I like how the power line and the distant trees/hills?? run parallel with each other. Super details in the smoldering sky.

Wonderful sky with the lines in the field leading to it.

The landscape wasn't special on his own but you made it spectacular catching the stormy ambiance.

Fab shot, Richard, aesthetically and technically. Can really feel the approach of that storm... what a let down that it changed its mind!
