I went into town again today for another meal. This time though it was for my other half's little sister, who is 14 today. I remember her when she was in nappies! I took a few photos at the meal, and afterwards I came across this graffiti as I headed back to my car.
If it wasn't for an advertisement above the graffiti, the last letters of each word would not have been out of sight slightly. In post processing I framed it in a multitude of ways and chose this composition, but I'm still not 100% happy with it. I also made the colours more vibrant and increased the clarity and detail.
This is obviously a pun on the film Star Wars. I think it's quite clever and I have sympathy with the message. I just think it's a shame that it's fairly hidden in one of the back streets of Nottingham's city centre.
Semi-professional photographer based in Nottingham, England, I shoot mainly events and weddings. I'll be posting my work using my Fujis - X100S and X-Pro1.
