I've moved desks at work. The team and I are now based on the opposite side of the building, so instead of catching the sun through the window in the afternoon, it's now in the morning. The rain subsided recently and it was a bright and sunny day. I have a window seat, so I took a few photos of the glorious sunshine.
In post-processing I did very little except change the tint of the photos to give them a slightly vintage feel, and in Photoshop I put them together to create a diptych.
I must remember to keep my batteries charged. I decided to step outside to take a few more photos, but my battery ran out on my S90. I put my spare battery in and that was empty too. D'oh!
Semi-professional photographer based in Nottingham, England, I shoot mainly events and weddings. I'll be posting my work using my Fujis - X100S and X-Pro1.

I'm one of the lucky ones (sarcasm implied) who gets the sun right on my desk in the morning and right in my eyes in the afternoon from the other side of the office.
These are so pretty 0 I especially like the first one. And I chuckled at the spare being dead too :)
great composition vik. @vanya a diptych is the purposeful placement of two pictures that have something in common side by side. A triptych is a series of three pictures.
I also tend to forget to charge the batteries....cameras, phones, you name it. I have resorted to buying spare chargers to keep both at home and in the office. I am hopeless!
Lovely picture. I also have a window seat and have never thought to take a picture out the window!!
