I visited my parents today for the first time since Christmas. It was nice seeing them, especially my mum and her lovely home cooking. When I got home I looked through a photo magazine she had picked up for me, and it had a feature on shooting a kitchen grater close up. It intrigued me, so I wanted to try something similar; however being next to the kitchen sink gave me an idea to put my own unique twist on it.
The set-up was simple; I placed the cheese grater in the sink and ran the tap in to it. I processed this using very similar settings to yesterday's image.
I should shoot water more, especially when I'm struggling for a photo. It almost always yields interesting results, so like today it's just a case of finding different ways of exploiting it.
