Parsnip on turnip

Parnais sur navet

I discovered parsnip (an old-fashioned vegetable) in a restaurant in Aix yesterday and liked it very much.
I pass by the local supermarket in Aix today and took this photo. I put the parsnip on some turnip to have a better background!
