Autumn in the park by wakelys

Autumn in the park

My get pushed challenge is the get a shot that shouts Autumn. Here on the south coast of the uk we have wet and mild weather so the leaves are slow to change. Stopping off at the park this morning I liked this tree with a scattering of leave below. There was a hint of blue sk before the next shower.
@allsop my first attempt. I hope to get other opportunities this week.

It does look very autumnal with the thinning leaves on the branches and the rest scattered on the ground

This really looks a lot like where I live. The leaves dry up, turn brown (perhaps one can get a touch of red or gold out of them) then fall off. The grass isn't as green. A lovely green space.

Some of the trees were just starting to turn colour here when the windy weather began, so they are looking a bit bare now.
