We didn’t stray too far from the car for our picnic as there were storm clouds overhead. We managed to eat the sandwiches and drink half the tea before it rained. Then a quick job putting the roof back up. Fortunately we didn’t get too wet.
Looks like it was a fun day in spite of the rain. Actually the rain probably made it more memorable. You will talk about it more often than just a regular picnic I feel certain.
