. . . our second attempt at obtaining a walker ID for Nick. After waiting only 43 minutes his number was called . . . but after the lovely lady at window 5 sent him back when she discovered he hadn't filled out the back of the form -- and it was only ONE line!!! We had to wait another 23 minutes before his number came up again at window 12. Are DMV workers the same the world over?!
