Lasagna, Greek salad, and apple crisp. Growing up, my favorite school lunch desserts were apple brown betty and Boston cream pie. Do anyone make apple brown betty? I've never had it outside the cafeteria at Our Lady's Christian School. Our school makes a passable apple crisp, (but it's no brown betty). The lasagna, however, is delicious. A+.
