A Perfectly Normal Occurrence

I found this scene amusing on two accounts:
1. Someone is pushing a car OUT of the sea after it reversed too far.
2. The woman walking by took absolutely no notice, as if this happened every day! (Or maybe it does, I've just not seen it before)
