Another temple (we went to so many...), this time the temple of Komombo on the east bank of the river Nile.
It is dedicated to this charming-looking god called Sobek.
Nearby is the crocodile museum, where you can see a dozen or more mummified crocs. The ancient Egyptians, it seems, mummified pretty much anything that moved.
