Frescoed Faces

A corner of a stunning and well-renovated frescoed ceiling in the Treasure Hall of Palazzo Costabili.

It was painted by Benvenuto Tisi between 1503 and 1505. He was one of the most important artists of the Ferrara Renaissance school.
