We spent the evening at the home of one of Ande's cycling buddies. Jay and his wife Kirsten hosted us and another couple for carryout Thai food and game night. Their turn-of-the-century home featured mood lighting including gorgeous decorations on the mantel. The reflections on the glass candleholder picked up colors from the other lights in the room. Made me reflect on the past year and the new year to come. Hoping it's a really good one.
