Before we hit the road for Chapel Hill, Ande and I explored some of the New River Gorge National Park. We started back at the Canyon Rim ranger’s station for Passport Stamps then headed south to the Grandview Overlook to see the famous Horseshoe Bend. WOW!! Another incredible view.
Day 2 of our road trip continued to Chapel Hill. After checking into our room at the Hyatt Place we met everyone in town for Maddox’s Bar Mitzvah weekend at cousins Allison and Jeff’s home for Friday night dinner. It was so good to see Becca, Jon and Iris!! What a fun vacay this is going to be.
