Jumping Spider

Spotted this tiny little spider in the middle of this rhododendron flower. The round bits around it are the stamens of the flower, so gives you an idea of its size. His abdomen is camouflaged perfectly with the colour of the interior of the flower. I have no idea if they change colour or if he hangs out here as he knows he matches.
