So loved this run. The people of Samfya (the lake town we ran through) really came out to cheer us on. On nearly every corner of the route, people young and old, came out to sing, wave or encourage us. It made for a great vibe. This marks the last long run of the year for me. I’ll let my shoes rest until January now.
