Just because we are in ''lockdown'' it doesn't mean that people think it gives them the opportunity to break the law because there is nobody about.
Here is a child (about 10 years old) riding a unlicensed 'mini motorbike' up and down a pedestrian alleyway that has No Cycling signs on it near where I live.
The child's father is up around the corner and thinks its a 'fun' thing to do!!!!!
