These are the words found outside the 'Bank Gallery', an art gallery which used to be as the name suggests an old bank, Nat West to be exact.
The words 'The Return of Common Sense 2022' I think relate to the 'restrictions' etc. that were lifted due to the Covid pandemic.
I've been inside once as I was curious about how the 'converted' bank looked when it first opened its door; however the owner had loads of work to undertake.
Have been by a few time but haven't been inside again yet....
