Fake Rain

It's been grey and miserable all day, but hasn't rained... yet.! So with no photo taken I thought I'd create some rain and grab a snap for today..

I've said before (many times no doubt) that sunsets, river shots and flower pics are my fall back options... And trust me, having done this project for well over a year and a half... it's good to have a fall back..

So here's some sweet william flowers (picked up for just 45p from Tesco's bargain bucket), plonked in a vase, placed in the bath with the shower turned on..

Busy day in work,couple of meetings, some forms designed for a competition and completing my final NVQ Level3 assessment...

cool shot, like the bokeh effect! the grey skies have been weird - was expecting a rainbow at least driving home tonight with some strong sun amongst the dark skies....but not a bean! Think we may be in for it tonight!!

Love the bokeh in this, I'm only 150 days in and rely on my flower fallbacks quite a bit too!

flowers are good to fall back on - both metphorically and literally as you won't get hurt (unless its roses hehehe)! great shot!
