Focused Sunset by andycoleborn

Focused Sunset

Honestly, I had every intention of going to the gym tonight, but laziness once home, coupled with needing to get a photo for the day, some shopping and fill the car with petrol meant I never got around to it...

I stopped at one of my usual spots near to the Thames but couldn't get to the water's edge because of improvemnt works to the path... So limited to what to take, I took the setting sun reflected onto the roof of my (rather dirty actually) car.. (fairly obviously clue to what I drive in the title...)

Filled my car up tonight, from near empty to full... £58 ($95).!! Only 2 years ago £40(($60) filled it right up...!!!

Oh.. almost forgot... after discussing it last night, decided to mess about with the white balance this evening. Please don't ask what I did as I've no clue, just took a few shots with various settings ....haha
beautiful!!

Wow - amazing with the reflection too. You know you're in trouble when your tank of fuel is worth more than your car....

August 13th, 2011
Stunning shot, and just think how good those reflections could have been if you'd cleaned the car!
This time last year it cost £15 to fill the bike. Filled it this morning - £20, yet the cost of crude oil has gone down!
August 13th, 2011
Beautiful! You're certainly very good at capturing nice scenery pictures!
