Had a meeting up central London today and after met up with Rich Tyson for a little wander that took in Trafalgar Square, Southbank, the graff at Leake Street then onto China Town and a bite to eat...

Stumbled on this group of Ukrainian Paralmpians out enjoying the sights of London...

Pissed off at the grainy quality of this pic, but like the comp... the guy giving the victory sign is powerlifter, Anatolii Mykoliuk, who was unplaced in the men's 48kg class...
