On a bit of an unplanned flower theme this week simply due to being busy at work (for a change) and quite frankly, taking a pic of a flower is easy...
All managers are going through a psychological testing and leaadership programme at the moment - I had my results back today.. Fairly accurate, but I could have told you what I'm like if you just asked me - We didn't need to spend £1000s on some psysho-babble firm to come in and tell me what I already knew....
Its weird this psychological hooha that they do - is it supposed to tell you that you have leadership qualities and then you will be upped in your position to be a Leader? Lovely flower by the way!
