Hatchet

There's just something satisfying about cleaning up, sharpening, and oiling an old, well worn hatchet.

Some people like to sand them smooth and shiny, but I just scrub off the surface rust with a Scotchbright pad, oil to preserve the metal and leave the age and patina.
