Spanish City Lights

It's Filler Friday - it's been a long week, so I am following @pwallis with a filler picture. Another shot from Wednesday night (here: http://365project.org/bmnorthernlight/bits-n-bobs/2011-11-16) . The white dome on the right is Spanish City, an old music and entertainment hall. After years and years of being neglected and starting to crumble it has recently been restored. Whitley Bay is apparently making an effort to look all glam and swish again ;-)

@mortisa I only know the crumbling version. Not even sure what they will use it for, but they have remodelled the whole area and changed the road to run behind it now, not along the coast
