Waiting for the audience

Second day of Gospel singing workshops led by Scott Stroman and Michael Harper at the Sage Gateshead. The day ended with a wonderful concert showing off what we accomplished over the weekend. It is always very special to be involved in projects at the Sage and to stand on stage in Hall 1 (or Hall 2 for that matter...). The acoustics are second to none. The weekend workshops are always hard work but so life affirming and enjoyable at the same time. And apparently I'm all about the Cultural Olympiad at the moment, as this was also part of a series of events for musicnation.

Thank you all for your wonderful and encouraging comments and faves and I'm glad you got to enjoy a bit of our rainbow :-)

Do you spend a lot of time at the Sage? I've only been there once and sadly there wasn't anything on that day.

So much delightful repetition!! So are you a gospel singer? You should include a link for a video of your choir sometime! I love gospel choirs - so much joy and energy!
