The Seven Deaths of Evelyn Hardcastle by boxplayer

The Seven Deaths of Evelyn Hardcastle

A rather mindboggling read this one - kind of Groundhog Day meets the Time Traveller's Wife via Agatha Christie. The protagonist wakes up every morning in the body of a different house guest and has to try and solve the murder of Evelyn Hardcastle in order to escape from his predicament. Very entertaining and you needed to keep your wits about you to follow what was going on.

Non-working day. I had thought to get a bit done and possibly pop out to Decathlon to top up walking gear but as usual I opted for a lazyish day.

Early fruit breakfast catching up with blogs and the paper then proper breakfast outside with my book. Ended up staying out there till 3 finishing it off. Once I start ...

Cycled off to Hoe Street after to pick up a birthday present for M and post a birthday card for Tina, then came back to prepare a roast potato, carrot and sausage tray bake. A bit odd for a warm day, but we had a lot of potatoes and carrots in.

Sat outside again with a watermelon and peach salad with a touch of feta. Played a bit of melodeon and uploaded my pic backlog - as Dave was late doing his RHS stuff.
