Blooming tree

There are a lot of trees in my street with this beautiful bloom... I caught this tree that has put its flowers in a vase...
(anybody knows what tree is this- I couldn't find it)

I don't really know flowering trees that well- just the more typical ones. But this is really interesting in the way it blooms! Beautiful catch!

It may be some kind of maple - I think there's one in my backyard with the same flowers.

Looks to me as if it might be maple blossom, but I'm not sure. I know maple blossom comes in different colours. Love the detail and light in this capture.

@tristansmum, Thank you. It is some kind of maple- I guess, I rulled everything else out, but it must be some cultivated sort., suitable for cities- there is really a lot of them.
