Stacking experiment

I was going to try for some smeared skies like I've seen others on here do (Aaron / @grizzlysghost - http://365project.org/grizzlysghost/365/2013-03-30) but restless kids and slow moving clouds meant I had to cut my excursion short. I stacked the shots I had in StarStax and liked the long exposure effect.
But - next time I need to remember my remote shutter release as well!

I just did the same thing today Amanda!!How many shots did you stack? I only took 50, and stacked 24. Definitely something I will have another go at.

@onie I only got 24 I think. Clouds moving too slow, kids getting too antsy, wind moving trees and tripod too much..... But I like what I did get.

Really lovely effect. You have some motion blur in the trees from the wind. The water has that lovely glassy look.
