A very interesting veggie. I've actually never eaten it before but was fascinated by its appearance.

I always think they look nicer than they taste- they have the essence of slime about them whenever I cook them. Oh dear! i never knew they were hairy before. Lovely and sharp.

I like okra. It's really good for you. I cook it with potatoes, tomato sauce and onions...and some Indian spices...it's very delicious...but you have to make sure you cook it long enough to get rid of the slimmy inside.
