Here is what I said the first time around "I have been challenged this week in get pushed to celebrate colour and maybe end up with a rainbow at the end of the week...so I'm going in order. When I was a kid it was that place where they would bring a tray to your car window, when my mom was a kid they brought it on roller skates to your car window. Now it's a regular drive through but is it a Canadian chain or is it American? I don't know but great memories although I don't really eat there anymore."
I think they began as an American chain- not 100% sure of that but I remember we had one in my hometown as well as a White Castle in the next town over. Wow- seems like ancient history now. Well, I guess it is in some ways! Nice shot! (And I think there are still a few up and running in NJ- plus there is one in Rutland VT. that we passed on the way to visit my father when he was alive.)
@olivetreeann They are still pretty active in Canada. This one is about ten blocks away. I don't know why I thought they were a Canadian chain. Maybe because they always styed a bit smallish compared to the blockbusters.
