Waiting patiently by elza

Waiting patiently

Went for a 9km walk around to Kalkara Creek, the Malta Film Facilities area, Smart City and up to the small town of Xgħajra. Kalkara means lime kiln and it is believed that there was a lime kiln present there since Roman times.
I made several stops along the way but the first to be recorded was this guy flanked with the yellow barriers. If I had waited a little longer and had been as patient as he was I would have caught him landing a fish. More to come from this walk.
Love this composition

Not sure that's the most comfortable seat in the house - but fishermen don't usually fuss!

He looks cold! Like the yellow.

The yellow leads you in.

Funny a leading line to the fisherman.

Very nice shot. Great leading lines with the yellow barriers. The last time I went to Kalkara and Rinella, a few weeks ago the weather was awful and I didn't even get out of the car.
