Two traditional doors in the village core on my last walk . When I saw the red and blue so close together I immediately thought, "Political divide!" Like in so many other countries these are Malta's two major political party colours. Like the doors here, when you look deep beneath the surface you will notice that the two are very much the same when it comes to rhetoric and promises.
@milaniet@wakelys@denful@ankers70@busylady@onewing@sianharrison@borof@kork Thank you all for your comments. I am back from a couple of free-of-technology days. So the uploads are backdated and will try to catch up with so many of your great photos.
btw @sianharrison I also wondered why a house would be named after a drug. Perhaps, to add to the political theme, for some politics has become their opium instead of religion. And as for the Ritz well... in Maltese we say that money can build you a road in the sea.
