Feel a little irreverent calling him that, but his moustache doesn't help him look smiley, does it? Anyway it's been one of those days and posting him today seemed about right.
He's on the porch of our village church - the stone head on the opposite side of the arch from the heavenly face I posted on 5th October - no idea how old but the church has been there about 600 years. I wonder how many people he's seen come and go, whoever he was....
Where ever I travel I'm always drawn to photograph the faces like this :). I'm from Canada so 'old' here meansover 100 years. I love seeing peices of history from other countries. Thanks for your comments on my photos.
